Marketing Photography
Our highly trained and experienced photographers are also capable of capturing the essence of day-to-day life in your school. We produce vibrant imagery which covers everything from your school grounds to students participating in classes and activities. Each school is assigned a dedicated team of photographers, digital artists, graphic designers, and art directors to ensure all photoshoots are completed effectively and on schedule.
We offer full-day and half-day coverage and all our services can be flexible to work alongside your timetable of classes and events. Once our team has captured the requested shots our digital artists will then hand edit, retouch and colour correct each image for superior quality control. On completion of the editing stage, our graphic designers can take over to create any motivational posters, billboard designs, or have the images resized correctly for your current website for updating.

How do marketing photography sessions work?
We have broken down our work process into three simple steps to help all settings understand how to achieve great photographic results.
Planning Meeting
We typically meet with each school several times either face-to-face or over video conferencing to discuss their expectations of the shoot. We ask many questions including where the images are to be used and what format they need to be delivered in. Once we understand the school’s specific requirements we plan a shoot based on fulfilling those parameters. We discuss our plans with the school and work with them to develop a shoot plan which achieves the agreed brief based on the school’s timetable of lessons. Before we arrive on-site to commence photography we have a pre-approved list of students with photo permissions who can star in the photography.
Capture & Edit
Depending on the agreed schedule with the school we can spend up to a week capturing photography and video depending on the assignment. The time spent on site can be sequential days or stretched over a longer period to include specific events such as sports days. Once we have captured the images as dictated by our brief we return to our production office to edit the images and/or video footage captured. Each image is edited by hand to ensure the very best quality is maintained. Images are then sized accordingly depending on the delivery format requested. Proofs are sent securely, directly to the school for approval before final delviery.
Delivery
Images and videos can be delivered in many different ways depending on the school’s specific needs. For instance, large format prints will be delivered by hand. Video footage will be uploaded to our own streaming servers and, if requested, coded directly into the school’s website. We work directly with each school to ensure deadlines a met. The length of time for each project varies and we will be very clear from the outset with regards to production lead times.
Aerial Drone Photography
Our brand new drones are now available for hire. Place your school firmly in the minds of your audience with breathtaking images of your site from 400ft in the air. Our expertly trained Drone Pilots operating in accordance with all CAA legislation are on hand to ensure all safety precautions are adhered to.
We provide high-resolution fully edited images in print or in a digital format with copyright release certificate as standard. You are free to use the images as you wish and our dedicated team of digital artists and graphic designers are on hand should you need any assistance with your images.
